Default Continuously Hopped IIPA

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WL001
Yeast Starter: A must!
Batch Size (Gallons): 6
Original Gravity: 1.081
Final Gravity: 1.015
IBU: 66
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 (dry hop)
Tasting Notes: Perfect bitterness, strong and robust piney aroma and taste

Had initially attempted an IPA but overshot my efficiency and came out with an easy drinking, hoppy, well balanced 8.7% gem.

14 lb Two row (American)
3 lb Munich
0.5 lb Crystal 60

Mash @150

0.5 oz Nugget @60
1.6 oz each Simcoe and Columbus (added from 20 minutes to flameout)

1 oz Simcoe dry hop
1 oz Columbus dry hop

Used white labs California ale slurry from an Amber ale.
Kegged and carbed for one week and drinking smooth . Brewing it again this weekend!
