Recipe Type: Extract
Yeast: White Labs American Ale
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.070
Final Gravity: 1.017
IBU: 47.2 IBU
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 14.16 °SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 70 Degrees
Additional Fermentation: Dry hop for 10 days in secondary fermenter
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 20 days @ 70 Degrees

1 lbs. American Caramel 60°L info
6 lbs. Muntons Dry Light info
1 lbs. Muntons Dry Wheat info
1.5 oz. Cascade (Dry Leaf, 7.0 %AA) boiled 60 min. info
1 oz. Cascade (Dry Leaf, 7.0 %AA) boiled 15 min. info
1 oz. Cascade (Dry Leaf, 7.0 %AA) boiled 5 min. info
1 oz Cascade (not included in calculations) for dry hopping, 10 days in secondary fermenter
Yeast : White Labs American Ale
