Default All-Grain - Calusa Warrior

Yeast Starter: 1200ml
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.067
Final Gravity: 1.018
IBU: 60
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 13.4
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 16
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 9 (dry hop)
Tasting Notes: Excellent!



This is my first attempt at an original recipe, It was inspired by Cigar City Brewings Tocobaga Red Ale, It came out similar, but deliciously different. It really doesn't fall into any specific category, so I figured IPA would be best at 60 IBU. This has turned out to be my favorite brew I have made yet after 16 batches.
