I just found out this recipe got 1st place in the IPA catagory at the 2009 LA County Fair!

Bumpity bump. I brewed this and got much better efficiency than the recipe projected....around 7.8% ABV. 2 months aging in a keg ... so good.

I just had to add...this stuff is delicious. I'm going to be making this one again without any alterations.

I made this yesterday. The recipe came together smoothly and I anticipate it tasting very good.
