Yeah. Just check the recipes drop down menu under my name.
I've repeated that Smola recipe a bunch of times with slight variations. I've found that 1.056 OG is nice, more impact in flavor. 1/2 oz of hops at 10 min and 0 min works nicely for me. I've used American hops for those additions, but the one I just brewed last weekend was Centennial at 10 min and EKGs at 0 min. Haven't tasted that one though, obviously. Any of the usual American hops would work for that one.
Special B can be used instead of Crystal 350 in that recipe, BTW.
