Original Gravity: 1.071 Final Gravity: 1.021 IBU: 62.9 Boiling Time (Minutes): 90 Color: 8.7 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days @ 69 F. Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 69 F. Tasting Notes: Thought this finished a bit high at 1.021, but it tasted fantastic if a touch sweet
