This recipe closely follows Avery's grain bill (I recieved the actual grain bill percentages from the brewery itself, the only difference would be their lack or carapils) but does not exactly follow their hop schedule. I guessed on this based on their spec. sheet posted online. On further investigation (post brewing) it seems that they don't use Simcoe as they originally quoted on their webpage. Anyhow, it still is a tasty brew and one I will likely repeat
