Dry hop in the keg or for 2 weeks with 1oz each Chinook and Falconers Flight.


WLP001 with 1 liter starter fermented @ 68F

OG: 1.068




This beer turned out awesome. I would definitely brew it again. Beautiful coffee like head, subtle roast and citrus and pine all the way through. Will post a picture next time I pour a pint.
 
Not sure....

The Chinook were 10%AA and the Falconers Flight was 10.5%AA so you could adjust from that. I wouldn't hesitate to up the late hop additions too. It was nice as is but a little more wouldn't put it over the top. I brought some of this beer to a homebrew club meeting last night and got excellent responses.
 
Sounds great. I am about to do a IIPA with some Falconers and cant wait to taste them. Post that pic!
