Steep Notes:
Steep Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L & Cara-Pils/Dextrine in 2.5gal @ 150deg for 35mins
Remove grains, bring to boil and start hop additions. Add 3# of DME and remaining DME with 15mins left in the boil.
