Comments
I hit 79% efficiency. 8.9% ABV

This is a very simple beer to make and tastes great. Simcoe and Columbus have proven to be one of the better combination of hops in my IPAs. Well-balanced beer and very tropical-fruit forward.

I don't add anything into the water. My pH from the tap is 7.1. I have well water with a filtering system.
