1 tbs Gypsum added to mash water
All hops where whole leaf 9.5% AA Amarillo
2 oz FWH
1 oz Added every 10 mins during boil
2 oz Dryhop
Safale S-05 Prepped a few days out
Mash Temp 153
Looking for:
~120 IBU
Mash at 152 for 60 mins
Mash thickness at 1.5Q per pound of grist
DME added in last 15 mins of boil
Just tried the first bottle fo this and WOW!! This was way too smooth to be 9% this could get me in trouble. |
