1.0 oz East Kent Goldings (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 15 min
1.0 oz East Kent Goldings (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 10 min
1.0 oz East Kent Goldings (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 5.0 min
1.0 oz East Kent Goldings (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled .1 min
0.0 ea Fermentis US-05 Safale US-05
3.0 oz East Kent Goldings (5.0%) - added dry to secondary fermenter

Mash for 60 minutes @ 152. This was my first experience with Special B and I felt it really added a nice spicy element to go along with the EKG. It's called 1/2 lb IPA because there are 8 oz of hops in the recipe.
