Going to be a good strong, good mouthfeel beer I believe.
Made this today in order for it to be well conditioned for my wedding in September. So a present to myself :) I took and modified the 888 RIS from BrewPastor and am adding a few things to it. Including some Bourbon in secondary and again a bit more during bottling.

Anyways here is the recipe, it was a big beer so Id appreciate anyones thoughts on the recipe modifications themselves.

Curious how you got your FG so low. I'm in planning for a similar beer, but Beersmith can't get me any lower than 1.029.
