Default Partial - Vanilla Oaked Russian Imperial Stout

Recipe Type: Partial Mash
Yeast: WLP002
Yeast Starter: Yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.118
Final Gravity: 1.012 (EST)
IBU: 24.2
Boiling Time (Minutes): 75

Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14
Additional Fermentation: 5 Months in Bottle
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21
Tasting Notes: Going to be a good strong, good mouthfeel beer I believe.

Made this today in order for it to be well conditioned for my wedding in September. So a present to myself I took and modified the 888 RIS from BrewPastor and am adding a few things to it. Including some Bourbon in secondary and again a bit more during bottling.

Anyways here is the recipe, it was a big beer so Id appreciate anyones thoughts on the recipe modifications themselves.

How did this turn out?

When and how did you add vanilla and bourbon?

Curious how you got your FG so low. I'm in planning for a similar beer, but Beersmith can't get me any lower than 1.029.
