Default All-Grain - Raven Stout

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: British Ale WPL005
Yeast Starter: Yes
Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: Nottingham Dry
Batch Size (Gallons): 10
Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.016
IBU: 31
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 33
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @65F
Tasting Notes: The sweetness of the molasses compliments the flavors of the grain.

Here's an AG version of a recipe I first made in 1997. I made this in January and am really enjoying it now. It's a smooth, full bodied, sweet stout. The Molasses flavor comes through the grain just enough to now overpower the rest of the flavors.
