Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 38.3
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 6 @ 70
Additional Fermentation: None
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5 @ 70

Boil Size: 6.41 gal
Equipment: Brew Pot (7.5 gal) and Igloo Cooler (7.5 Gal)
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.0

Chocolate Wheat Malt - very tasty stuff. Haven't tried it in a stout.

I was actually going to do an Oatmeal stout but once I got to my local store they were out of oats so I figured lets toy around with this one. I really like this one. If you not a hophead you could back off but the hops come through real well.
