Default All-Grain - Kona Chocolate/Macadamia Coffee Stout

Yeast: SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04)
Batch Size (Gallons): 1.75
Original Gravity: 1.069
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 28
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 34.6
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21
Tasting Notes: Coffee flavor comes through like gang busters. My best attempt at a Coffe Stout

Kona Coffee/Chocolate Stout v.2 (1.75 gal) About 16 bottles (BIAB)

Ingredients:
Amt Name %/IBU
3 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) 85.7 %
5.6 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) 8.6 %
1.9 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) 2.9 %
0.9 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) 1.4 %
0.9 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) 1.4 %
0.20 oz Galena [14.10 %] - Boil 60.0 min 29.7 IBUs
0.50 oz Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) (Boil 5.0 mins)
0.10 oz Galena [14.10 %] - Boil 5.0 min 3.0 IBUs
1.0 pkg SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04)
1.00 Cup KonaMac/Chocolate Cold Steeped Coffee (At bottling )

With brewind software like BeerSmith you can easy convert to extract. But I couldn't tell you whether to steep or mini mash the grains.

Here is a 10 gallon extract version. This has been done a few months ago and came out fantastic.

Will be doing it again Next Sat. BeerSmith screws up the amount of yeast needed. One pack for a 5 gallon batch is plenty, 2 packs for a 10 of course.
