1/4 oz Cascade 4.8% Whole Leaf - 1: 25

Yeast
1 Vial of White Labs 007 Dry English Ale Yeast

Brewed on Saturday January 31st 2004

Racked to secondary February 15th 2004

Bottled on or about March 1st 2004 using corn sugar

Very dark, near black, chocolate, roasty, a decidedly hoppy stout.
No need to age this one. It came out of the bottle clean, crisp and with no boozieness.
