I just did this again and swapped flaked oats for flaked barley and .75 Horizon instead of Chinnok and used US-05 and this is the best, most drinkable Stout I've ever had. It's even better than Dark Owl Sweet Stout which I said was the best I'd ever had

I brewed this one this last weekend. Had some trouble getting the color to end up right (not sure I was able to find the same sort of dark crystal) so I added 2 oz of black patent.

Smells great; a nice, thick stout. Looking forward to drinking it
