I'm a big Coltrane fan.

OT: Love the Dineresque font. The O character seems a bit fat. Did you try using the 0 (zero)?

Did you use whole cocoa beans or were they crushed?

They were coarsely crushed nibs from Theo Chocolate here in Seattle.

Me too.

A funny story behind the origin for this beer name though. My sister-in-law one day asked "what is a choco train?"

I said "What do you mean?"

"You know, in that Lucinda Williams Song, where she sings "just play me choco train".

I said "It's JOHN COLTRANE"

Choco Train seemed like a great name for a chocolate stout though.

I'll try the zero's in place of the 'O' as well.

Thanks
