1# Chocolate
1# Rye
1# Carafoam
1#10oz Carapills
1# Honey malt
1# Black roasted barley


3oz N.Brewer whole 8.5% for 60 min
1 oz N.Brewer whole 8.5% for 10 min
1 oz Cascade whole 7.4% 10 min
Mash in 9 gal of H2O and rest @ 156-157 for 90min
