Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 32.0
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 20.1
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 65
Additional Fermentation: no
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 65
Tasting Notes: This is a winner!!! very complex grain bill but just a nice hint of penuts and roasty

15# Pale Malt 2 row
3# Munich Malt
1# 8oz Crystal 40L
1# Brown Malt
1# Flakes Oats
12oz Chocolate Malt
8oz Crystal 60L

2oz Pearle (60 min boil)
1oz EKG (boil 20 min)
1oz EKG (boil 10 min)

The beer has a complex flavor but is still very drinkable and smooth...
EKG give just a hint of spice..
