Default Northern English Brown (AG)

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WLP002
Yeast Starter: 1 liter
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.017
IBU: 29
Boiling Time (Minutes): 6
Color: 19 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 20 days at 67F
Additional Fermentation: none
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): none

Mashed 154F for 60 minutes.
Mashed out at 168F for 10 minutes.
Batch sparged at 170F, collected a total of 26 qts.

Just got this into the keg. I am very happy with how this turned out. It is based off of Jamil's recipe, but I measured some things wrong so it is slightly different. The next time I make this, I will probably bump the mash temp up to 155F. Probably should have done a slightly bigger starter but I did not have enough DME.

This has been in the keg for about 7 weeks now. Came out very nice.
