Just got this into the keg. I am very happy with how this turned out. It is based off of
Jamil's recipe, but I measured some things wrong so it is slightly different. The next time I make this, I will probably bump the mash temp up to 155F. Probably should have done a slightly bigger starter but I did not have enough DME.
