All-Grain - North Park Nut Brown Ale
Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: Safale US-04 Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5 Original Gravity: 1.049 Final Gravity: 1.012 IBU: 29.6 Boiling Time (Minutes): 75 Color: 19.0 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days at 62F Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days at 62F Tasting Notes: Was going for a Sam Smith's type flavor and came pretty close IMO
I thought this turned out really nicely. The only change I would make is to use a British malt such as Marris Otter for the base malt.
