Color: 25 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 28 days @ 68F
Tasting Notes: Biscuity, malty flavor. Very well-balanced and pleasant to drink.

Ingredients

10.00 lb United Kingdom Pale 2-Row
1.50 lb United Kingdom Crystal 60L
0.50 lb United Kingdom Chocolate Malt
0.50 lb American Victory Malt
0.50 lb Rice Hulls
1.00 lb Flaked Oats


Hops

0.33 oz Columbus (65 min.)
0.25 oz East Kent Goldings (20 min.)
0.25 oz Fuggles (20 min.)


Yeast

Safale - English Ale Yeast S-04 (no starter).

Mash at 154F for 90 minutes.
Batch sparge with 185F water.
