Default All-Grain - Brown Ale

Yeast: WLP001 (Harvested from previous batch)
Yeast Starter: Yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.064
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 29
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 26L
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7@65
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 15@65
Tasting Notes: Nutty and slightly sweet with notes of chocolate

Hey guys. Just thought I would share this with everyone as it turned out very well. I was shooting for a darker than normal, slightly ruby colored brown ale with a nutty flavor and this hit it.

Grain:
8 lb. English 2 Row
1 lb. Munich (Dark)
1.5 lb. Crystal 60
.5 lb. Chocolate
.5 lb Brown

Hops:
.5 oz Target @60
1 oz Kent Goldings @30
