How did it turn out.
I'm looking at the FG and the IBUs
It's actually a really good beer, and the best session beer that I've made to date. This is my first attempt at a Mild, and it's pretty close to most of the commercial examples that I've had. I was shooting for a FG of around 1.010 but I ended up lower than that.
Maybe need to mash a little higher.
Thy need to have a good body for the size of the beer.
Glad it turned out well.
They do make fab session beers.
Sounds like a good brew to hit the next brew day!
I was drinking my mild from lunch time yesterday till 11 at night.
I couldn't do that with my others.
I'm really diggin' this beer. I'll be brewing it again very soon. It's much clearer than it appears in this pic, and it was a hit with the BMC drinkers at a recent party.
