The recipe on top was what I used to give out to homebrewers when I worked at the brewpub in Vail. I did not go into detail about mash volumes, temps etc.
Here is the same recipe reworked a bit in BeerSmith to give water volumes and temps.
This is revised to fit my current homebrew system, my way of brewing and current availability of hops. You should adjust the amounts and volumes to fit your system.
