IBU: 25.6
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 15.3
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 3 weeks
Tasting Notes: Smooth rich flavor

  • ALL GRAIN
  • 8LBS PALE MALT (2 ROW US)
  • 3LBS MUNICH MALT (20L)
  • 0.25LBS OF CHOCOLATE MALT
  • 1LB OF BROWN SUGAR
  • 0.75 OUNCE MT. HOOD HOPS AT 60 MINUTES
  • 0.75 OUNCES OF SAAZ HOPS AT 45 MINUTES
  • 0.25 OUNCES OF MT. HOOD HOPS AT 20 MINUTES
  • 0.25 OUNCES OF SAAZ HOPS AT 7 MINUTES
  • ABBEY ALE YEAST WLP530 or WLP036

I have received a few request to convert to an extract/partial mash...so here you go:

8lbs 1 Ounce of Pale Liquid Extract
0.25lbs of Chocolate Malt
1lb of Light Brown Sugar
Follow All Grain Hop Schedule

Mash at 152 degrees...makes for a great every day beer that taste like Shiner and Alaska Amber had a love child!
