IBU: 35.6
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 mins
Color: Gold to Copper
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days

Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days
Tasting Notes: It has a nice malty taste with a balanced hops smell and taste.

3lbs Light DME
1 lbs Crystal 20L
.75 Fuggles pellets (60mins) 5.1 AA
.25 Saaz (Sterling) pellets (15 mins)
1 tsp. Irish Moss

3 gal steep at 150 for 20 mins for Crystal
Refrigerate 1 gal during boil
Remove grains and heat up to boil
Add DME and hops
Boil for 45 mins
Add remaining hops and irish moss and boil for 15 min more.

Once The boil has ended, I pour the chilled water in till I get back to 2.5 gallons.
This was meant to be an easy brew that can be drinkable to commercial brew drinkers. Ends up at about 5.9% ABV.
