Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.055
Final Gravity: 1.010
IBU: 55
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: Pale
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 1 week @ 65
Additional Fermentation: 4 weeks bottled
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 weeks @ 65

10 lbs 2-row
12 oz Munich
10 oz Crystal 20L
6 oz Torrified wheat

.5 oz Columbus pellets (60 min)
.5 oz Columbus pellets (30 min)
.5 oz Simcoe pellets (10 min)
.5 oz Simcoe pellets (5 min)
1 oz Simcoe whole/plug (dry hop secondary)

1 whirlfloc tab (15 min)

Mash 150F (60 min)

Notes:
I use Columbus for bittering because they are a tad less harsh then
Simcoe.
