Color: 17.3 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14
Tasting Notes: Easy recipe resulting in a very drinkable, lighter-than-looks beer.

Ingredients:
6.0 lbs US Pale Ale Malt
3.0 lbs US Vienna Malt
.5 lbs UK Pale Chocolate Malt
.5 lbs US Caramel 40L Malt
.5 lbs US Victory Malt
1 oz UK Golding - 45 min. from end
1 oz US Willamette - 15 min. from end
