1 oz Cascade (6%) at 60 minutes
1 oz Cascade (6%) at 30 minutes
1 oz Centennial (6.90%) at 10 minutes
.25 tbsp Irish moss at 15 minutes
1 White Labs California Ale Yeast
Steep grains at 150 for 35 minutes
Primed with 3/4 cup of Corn Sugar
Nothing special here, just a basic APA. A very good beer! |
