Default All-Grain - Mistake On The Lake IPA

Yeast: WY1056
Yeast Starter: 2L
Batch Size (Gallons): 11
Original Gravity: 1.066
Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 60
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90

Tasting Notes: IPA version of Dude's Lakewalk - Citrus, tropical, creamy.

Hello everybody: This is an IPA version of Dude's Lakewalk APA, an HBT classic. I originally called this 2 Mistakes IPA, because that's how I got the recipe. First, I overshot my OG into the kettle, so I beefed up my hops additions into IPA territory, then I put double the dry hops in the fermenter by mistake. Anyway, you can certainly cut the dry hops by 50% with great results. If you do double dry hop with whole hops, I would not leave in beer for more than 1 week. I hope you enjoy this tasty IPA.
