10.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 90.9 %
0.60 lb Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 5.5 %
0.40 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 3.6 %

0.50 oz Centennial [10.00%] (10 min) Hops 5.8 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50%] (10 min) Hops 3.2 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50%] (5 min) Hops 1.8 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50%] (5 min) Hops 1.8 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50%] (Dry Hop 7 days)

I put this together trying to make a hoppy APA with a little malt flavor from grain I had left over from a previous batch. This is the first time I use the WLP008 and I defiantly will again, seems to have brought out the maltiness I was looking for (in comparison to s-04 and WLP001 which I have used before on similar brews). I like it, others "really" like it. It is very drinkable as soon as it hits the keg. Even more so sitting on gas for a couple weeks.
