I made this Saturday as well. I used S05. Has anyone else brewed this using S05 if so how did it come out?

This is fantastic! Made 5.5 gals 8 days primary/8 secondary w-dry hop 1/2 oz Cascade/3 cold crash ---been in keg only 48 hours @ 20 psi-still not totally up to par as far as carbonation but it's already great! Will make more real soon-it's in the 90's here already-this baby hits the spot!!!!

oh man up to speed as far as Co2 and this is the shizz-nit man!! Can't keep my scarred up hands off that silver Perlick tap and it's right next to my Challenger Ale which is a hot weather (it's been running near 90 here) favorite of mine. I'm going to blow-out this son-bitch by the weekend single handed!

I brewed this back in March and bottled it on April 15. Had my first taste last night and holy smokes this is delicious. I used Simcoe instead of Mt Hood and threw in a half ounce of Simcoe to dry hop as well. OG came in at 1.062 and FG was 1.008. It's remarkably easy drinking at around 7%. It just may be the best beer I've made so far.

Brewed this one today, or I guess it was technically yesterday. O.G was 1.056. I can't wait for the next couple weeks to go by so I can taste its deliciousness coming out of the Keg.
