All-Grain - JB Citra Ale
Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: Nottingham Yeast Starter: No Batch Size (Gallons): 5.25 Original Gravity: 1.050 Final Gravity: 1.013 IBU: 37 Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 5.3 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): none Tasting Notes: Grapefruit like hop flavor with a light malty finish.
Made this ale 2 months ago everyone loved it. I think it was the fastest keg to kick yet. This was the first time I used citra hops and loved them.
