Default All-Grain - Grateful Pale Ale

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Nottingham
Yeast Starter: No
Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: No
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.049
Final Gravity: 1.011
IBU: 37
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 7.1
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14
Tasting Notes: Mild, malty, clean with a slight bitterness to it.

This was sort of a kitchen sink recipe, things I had left over from here or there. I think it came out pretty good. It's a bit spicy, malty, but still light, with a good hop balance. Quafable.

GRAINS
8 lb. 2-row US Pale
0.5 lb. Dextrine
0.5 lb. Munich Malt
0.5 lb. Victory Malt
0.25 lb. Crystal 60L

HOPS
0.5 oz Warrior 16.10% (60)
0.5 oz Amarillo 8.90% (30)
0.5 oz Amarillo 8.9% (5)
(I do a 5.5 gal boil, so if you do a fuller boil you might need to bring down the Warriors to get the IBU's)

MASH
Single Infusion Medium Body - 60 min @ 152

EDIT: would consider cutting the Victory and adding another 0.5 lb of 60L

Just an update on this (I'll add a photo when I get home), this has been getting better every week. It's 8 weeks since brewing and 5 weeks in the bottle now, and the hops are comming through much cleared. A nice hoppy nose, and a good bitterness to it. I'll be taking some camping this weekend and see how the friends like it.
