Tasting Notes: Good maltiness with a crisp, grassy bitterness, and a slightly sweet and fruity afte

Ingredients:
3.3lb Amber LME
3.3lb Gold LME
2lbs 2 Row Pale
1lb Crystal 50-60
4oz Honey Malt

Partial Mash all grains 60min @ 154*

Boil:

1oz Northern Brewer (8% AA) - 60min

1 Tbsp - Irish Moss - 15min

Great, tasty American Brown Ale. Pours 2 finger, long lasting head with good lacing. Great Aroma. Color is actually 13 SRM. Typo above.

You're welcome. Let me know how it turns out.

Mine was very good. I have a 1/2 Bday party for my 6mo old this weekend and have 6-22oz bottles of it left at the request of some family who've had it before.

It's very good, carmelly and a good bit of hops.
