I underestimated my efficiency (hit 90%, planned on 85%) so the OG is about 1060.


Wow, 90% is pretty awesome. I'm feeling pretty good about myself if I hit 75%.


Primary 1 - Dry
Primary 2 - Dry
Secondary 1 - Oktoberfest
Secondary 2 - Pale Punkin
Keg 1 - Bohemian Pilsner
Keg 2 - Dry

This recipe sounds insane delish! I'm gonna attempt it this week...will be brewing up a 10 gallon version! Would I just double up on every item or input into the BeerSmith program for my brewing equipment? So looking forward to this beer.
