Default Extract - Easy Wench Blonde Ale

Yeast: US-05
Yeast Starter: none
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.054
Final Gravity: 1.015
IBU: 25.8
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 3.6
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): at least 21
Tasting Notes: Very Good, light and tastey

6 lbs extra light DME
1 oz Cascade 60 mins
1 oz Saaz 30 mins
1 oz Hallertaur 10 mins

Very nice Blonde Ale. Can add fruit also. I did it once with Strawberries and it came out very tastey.
