I brought a 5gal keg of this to
Yooper's Brew Day and left with just over a gallon remaining in the keg. Maybe Odawg, Yooper, Homercidal, lschiavo or HenryHill will chime in with some feedback.
You can call this either a big APA or a small IPA with its 6% abv and 51 IBU's. Nice and hoppy, but not over the top. I have really enjoyed the results of pairing Citra with Simcoe.
