1.5 oz Hop Suey @ 30 min (Austin Homebrew's blend of leftovers ~6% AAU)
1.25 oz Hop Suey @ 15 min
1.25 oz Hop Suey @ 3 min

1/2 Whirfloc Tablet @ 15 min

Single Mash Infusion @ 154F for 60 minutes
Mash Out @ 168F

30 Minute Boil

Primary 21 days @ 68F

Bottle with 5 oz Corn Sugar
