8lb Brewers Malt 2-Row (Briess) (1.8 SRM)
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM)
Cascade [5.50 %] (60 min) Hops 9.1 IBU 0.50 oz
Cascade [5.50 %] (15 min) Hops 4.5 IBU 0.50 oz
2.00 lb Honey (1.0 SRM) Sugar Added to Primary Fermenter
1 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001)
Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Light Body, Batch Sparge
