Default Extract - Blueliner Ale

Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.051
Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 16.9
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 4.1
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @

Tasting Notes: Smooth with a crisp, almost citrusy finish. A great session beer.

This was my first attempt at recipe formulation. I posted this recipe in here before, but it was moved, I assume because I hadn't tasted it yet... not sure. Anyways, this beer has been in the bottles for 2 weeks now, tasted one last night and I was highly impressed!! This is one of the best beers I have brewed yet! Feel free to try it out and let me know what ya think, I'll definitely be brewing it again!!

Cool! I've noticed that (as with most homebrews) this one only gets better with time. I had some that had been sitting in the basement for about 2 months and I slipped them in the fridge for a couple days. They were even better than the first ones I tasted. The blueline thing is a cop thing, "The Thin Blue Line".
