Yeast Starter: 2.2 Liter Starter w/Intermittent Shaking
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.0
Original Gravity: 1.071
Final Gravity: 1.013
IBU: 70
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 5
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 3-4 Weeks @ 66 F
Additional Fermentation: Bottle Priming (2 weeks)
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): Optional (1-2 weeks)
Tasting Notes: The un-official tribute beer of The Ramones.

51% - 5.00 lbs. Briess Pilsen Light DME
26% - 2.00 lbs. 8.00 oz. Simpsons Golden Promise
10% - up to 1.00 lb. Corn Sugar (Dextrose) @ Whirlpool (check gravity first)
5% - 8.00 oz. Franco-Belges Caramel Pilsen 10L
5% - 8.00 oz. Briess White Wheat Malt
3% - 4.00 oz. Gambrinus Honey Malt

Boil 60 mins 0.50 oz. Horizon pellet 12.5%
Boil 30 mins 0.50 oz. Horizon pellet 12.5%
Boil 15 mins 1.00 each Whirlfloc, or Irish Moss
Boil 15 mins 1.00 each Yeast Nutrient
Boil 10 mins 1.00 oz. Amarillo pellet 10.0%
Boil 10 mins 1.00 oz. Centennial pellet 10.5%
Post-boil (100-150 F) aroma steep 30 mins 1.00 oz. Amarillo pellet 10.0%

My friend has an IPA by this name in Colorado. Maybe the name is good luck; he wins tons of competitions with it.
