Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: Nottingham Yeast Starter: No Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: No Batch Size (Gallons): 5 Original Gravity: 1.051 Final Gravity: 1.012 IBU: 33.1 Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 7.3 SRM Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 68 degrees Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 68 degrees dry hop Tasting Notes: Very good pale ale. This has been very well received by everyone who has tried it.

0.75lb Vienna Malt
0.50lb Caramel/Crystal 60L
1.00oz Cascade FWH
0.50oz Cascade 35min
0.50oz Cascade 15min

1.00oz Cascade Dry Hop
Mash at 152
This is over all a very good, simple, single hop beer. It is full of flavor and has become a staple at my house. Hope you all give it a try and let me know how it turns out! |
