Default Extract - Black Sheep Ale

Recipe Type: Extract
Yeast: WLP001 California Ale
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.048
Final Gravity: 1.016
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days at 65 F
Tasting Notes: we'll see

this isn't the exact recipe i had planned, but i spilled some of the grain while measuring it out so i had to modify. (don't brew while high). anyway i really was going for a classic american pale ale with a slight amount of roastiness. we'll see how it turns out in a month or so!

Ha! I tried this beer fwiw last time I was in the UK. Not terribly interesting, I'm not sure why you might want to brew it frankly but to each his/her own I suppose....!
