Default Partial - Bearenstain Brown Ale

Recipe Type: Partial Mash
Yeast: US-05
Yeast Starter: pitched on a cake of US-05
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.25
Original Gravity: 1.062
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 32
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60

Tasting Notes: Well balanced with an awesome chocolate, toasty flavor.

I made this 6 weeks before Thanksgiving because my wife and I were having the family over for the day. Other than the few I had before Thanksgiving, we pretty much killed the keg. I also gave out a growler. It was gone in 3 days.
