Default Batch #2

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: us-05
Yeast Starter: none
Batch Size (Gallons): 10
Original Gravity: 1.061
Final Gravity: 1.009
IBU: 37.9

Tasting Notes: Very hoppy aroma, not too bitter but piney from the simcoe

This is probably the best tasting beer I've ever brewed... The beer was ready to drink 6 days after bottling and was gone 10 days after bottling. I could help myself
