Yeast: WLP008 (East Coast Ale)

Original Gravity: 1.054
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 38
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 13
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 68 degrees

An amber ale with a big malty aroma.

2 lb Munich Malt - 10L
1 lb US 2 Row Malt
0.5 lb Aromatic Malt
0.25 lb Special B Malt

mashed for 60 minutes @ 154
mash out for 10 minutes @ 168

5 lb Pale Liquid Extract (late addition, boiled 5 min)

1 oz Northern Brewer pellets [7.4 %] (60 min)
0.5 oz Cascade pellets [5.8 %] (15 min)
0.5 oz Northern Brewer pellets [7.4 %] (10 min)
0.5 oz Cascade pellets [5.8 %] (1 min)
